Unveiled in April 2022 as a road-legal, track-focused variant of the Huracán, Lamborghini introduced the Huracán STO (Super Trofeo Omologato), with the focus to deliver all the feelings, performance and technology of a race car in a road-legal vehicle.
Featuring the same 5.2 liter V10 engine as the Huracán Perfomante and Huracán Evo, the Huracán STO figures are very impressive with a blistering 640 hp, acceleration from 0-60 mph in just 3 seconds flat and a top speed of 192 mph.

Lamborghini developed a new specific rim named the “HEK” for the Huracán STO which featured racing characteristics and the option of 20” magnesium rims which gives a more smoother driving experience.
For a lightweight approach, the STO features extensive use of carbon fiber, with over 75% of its body panels made from the material. This weight-saving design extends into the cabin, where carbon-fiber floor panels and Alcantara-wrapped bucket seats help maximise performance and enhance aerodynamics.
Efficiency is further improved by the single-piece carbon front clamshell - known as the ‘cofango’ - which combines the bonnet and fenders to reduce weight and simplify servicing.
The STO also features rear-wheel steering and a bespoke braking system using CCM-R carbon-ceramic brakes derived from Formula 1 technology. Three new driving modes were added: “STO mode” for road driving, “TROFEO mode” for fast laps on dry tarmac, and “PIOGGIA mode” for wet weather conditions.
